You will share the kitchen and living room with me, my daughter and my au pair. The kitchen is very modern with lots of space and dishwasher and microwave. We are a very relaxed and happy household.
Your room is very private and the house is very spacious with room for everyone to have space.
Rent includes: House keeping and use of the washing machine and dryer, all bills except council tax which is £50.
We have a small friendly cat.
Would suit a proffessional or mature student who is also in work.
3min walk to buses and 15min walk to Portslade station for commuting. Free parking on the streets outside.
