Cosy Single Room Available Now

Hi our cosy single room would suit a student or someone working away. We are in a great location for transport connections by rail, bus and car and there is free parking outside on the street. The room is fully furnished and the rent includes all the bills.
You would be sharing a family sized bathroom with 2 others. We are looking for someone tidy and respectful, quite happy with short term lets but preferably not shorter than a month.
