Double room avail for female tenant in Hangleton

I have a room available in a 3 bedroom terrace house, located within a scenic cul de sac in Hangleton.

There is free parking outside with access to the back garden. 5 min walk to no 6 bus, 5b bus is also nearby and the nearest train station is Portslade. A27 and A24 road is just around the corner.

I am seeking a friendly, mature lady for the room, who is happy to share the house with a live-in landlady, this includes Kitchen, Bathroom, and Lounge. There is High-speed broadband and Shared TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime.

I also have a spare box room which I'd be happy for the tenant to use for storage and she can use the spare desk when it's available.

As a person, I am a welcoming landlady who works from home and enjoys relaxing in front of the TV in the evenings. Tenant must respect shared areas, be clean and keep noise levels down in general. No pets, smoking, and single-person occupancy.
