This would suit a quiet professional person, preferably female and for single occupancy only.
We have a bus stop outside that can get you into the centre of Brighton in 20 minutes and we are a 10 minute walk to the train station which is a hour away from London .
Great access to A27 and A23 ,it’s a 30 minute drive to Gatwick by car .
Off street parking available-no parking permit required
