Looking for a professional worker preferably, aged between 25 - 35, no students, or children. Prefer to have someone who is also a shift worker, but not the end of the world if not!
Shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and large garden area, including downstairs toilet and free outside parking.
Mile Oak area, close to 1 and 1a bus route, and 5 minute drive to Portslade or Southwick train station.
Must be tidy, respectful and enjoy a movie or glass of wine with me (or both!) But also enjoy their own space.
Applicants will be subject to vetting and references will be requested and judgement will be made by the four legged man of the house Otis the cat 🐈
Have a year old puppy who is beautiful and cuddly and has run of the house! I know this puts a lot of people off but nothing would be required from you but also welcome to do what you want with cuddling and walks if this is something you would want! But not required!
