House is a 7 min drive from Portslade station, there are buses into town or one that goes to Brighton Station (circa 30 mins)

The garden is a beautiful decked sun terrace that backs onto the Downs (see the photo), so there are plenty of lovely walks around including Mile Oak Farm.

My bungalow is available to rent for 3 months while I temporarily move in with my parents after having a baby! I’m looking for two tenants or someone to take the whole place.

Caveat: you must like/accept/care my two cats. They are friendly, outdoor cats so it's literally just a case of feeding them (I'll provide the food!) and giving them a bit of love!
