Large furnished double room (recently refurbished)

Looking for a quiet-ish, trustworthy, left wing, clean & tidy professional (no work from home please) who is LGBTQiA- friendly (female/ non-binary slightly preferred but will consider other applicants if they are the right fit) with a good sense of humour/ easy going who likes dogs (I have one; a non shedding Cavapoo) for our spare double room.
You would have access to a large garden and the house is quiet. Musicians most welcome as are members of the LGBTQiA community.
I am a musician and teacher.. We have a dish-washer and a tumble dryer, and the house is in great condition. The bus route is excellent and there is on street parking. Any questions, please ask.
