Large furnished double room (recently refurbished)

Looking for a quiet-ish (but also fun) trustworthy person with left wing values, who is clean, tidy and a full time working professional (no work from home please).
LGBTQiA + friendly person (female identifying/ non-binary slightly preferred but will consider other applicants if they are the right fit) with a good sense of humour/ easy going who likes dogs (I have one; a non shedding Cavapoo) for our spare double room.
You would have access to a large garden and the house is quiet. Musicians most welcome as are members of the LGBTQiA+ community.
I work as a musician and school teacher.. We have a dish-washer and a tumble dryer, and the house is in great condition. The bus route is excellent (1X/1) and there is on street parking. Any questions, please ask.
