Walking distance to Portslade Train station, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies in the area. Walking distance to the beach, and bus route into town.

On street parking only for cars but no allocated bays, I have always found a space though. There is secure bike storage in the building if you have a cycle, and a free motorcycle bay if required

Double bed, smart TV, TV unit with storage boxes, wardrobe, desk, and bedside table - happy to remove any furnishings but only for someone who intends to stay for a minimum of a year.

Shared living room/kitchen/bathroom/balcony. Plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen and a storage closet we can share

Washing machine and dishwasher

The flat is kept clean and tidy at all times - if you are to stay for a year or longer I am more than happy for you to add to the furnishings of the flat to make it feel more homely to yourself

Previous tennant stayed with me for 10months with no issues, reason for leaving is that she is moving in with her boyfriend

I am a professional that works hybrid, days in the office and days at home. Enjoy my time outside but I am very relaxed at home. Isn't a party flat by any means. Very easy to get along with. Outside of work I spend my time in the gym (basically nextdoor!) and at the weekends socialising with my friends.
