We are a family in Portslade, we have a large single room to rent, we have a shared living room, kitchen, garden, off street parking, 2 bathrooms. We are near Portslade Station and the number 1/1a bus route. We are looking for someone quiet, considerate, calm, trustworthy and reliable. The rent is £165 per week, this includes bills and Internet usage, weekly laundry is also included. The room contains a single bed, double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and small chest of drawers, desk and chair.
