Studio space in our garden - exclusive use

Our garden studio space is self-contained, private, for single occupancy and is accessed via a coded gate (next to our house where we live) and a short walk through our garden.

The studio includes all bills (council tax, water, electrics, and WIFI) and has;
- fully equipped kitchen
- spacious shower room
- mezzanine double bed
- sofa/sofa bed & coffee table
- desk/seating area
- storage space (stairs up to mezzanine, small pull-out hanger & hooks on the front door)
- bike storage to the side of the tiny house
- small garden space with table and chairs
- access to shared outhouse with a washing machine/ dryer

We are just a 5-10 minute walk from;
- Sainsbury’s Superstore
- Boundary Road with Aldi, Tesco, post office, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants.
- Regular Bus Service gets you into Brighton within 30 mins.
- Portslade Station where trains can get you to Brighton (10 mins) Falmer for universities (35 mins), Worthing (20 mins), London Victoria (75 mins)

We are also just a 7-minute drive from the A23 and a 6-minute drive to the seafront.

About us;
I'm Katie and live with my wife Anna, our miniature dachshund Mabel, and cats Betty & Babs in our house. We’re busy, friendly professionals who love traveling, camping, and being outdoors.

We’ve been Airbnb Super Hosts for the last 5 years and are now looking to host on a longer-term basis (6-12 months).
