Hello folks I'm a homeowner/homeworker looking to let a large double room out to a professional and am happy to consider short term and weekday only lets. No smoke, no pets.
The room has a good double bed, ample storage space, two street facing windows, television, chromecast a desk with power and high speed wired/wireless internet and plenty of floorspace.
The lounge, kitchen and dining room are all well equipped with Fridge/Freezer space, a Dishwasher and a Washer/Dryer. Outdoor clothes lines are also available. The house has a full bathroom. The garden is well fitted for eating and relaxing with plenty of sun across the day.
The house has a slightly snug double driveway which can be made available or there is permit-free parking nearby. is near Portslade Station so enjoys fast trains to London, Brighton, Portsmouth and Soton. You can go from the front door to Brighton in 10 minutes. Bus access to Brighton is also brilliant with routes 1, 1A, 2, 6, 46 all passing through. The high street has a good selection of shops and food.
I primarily work from home in a dedicated office so will not be disrupted by or disrupt use of the shared spaces. My hours are regular on weekdays, sometimes evenings. The house is welcoming and social but not busy, I am away at least two nights a week.
Council tax and bills are included in the fee, but exclude EV charging or other unusual high consumption activities (power tools etc).
