Small room to rent

I have small clean room to rent, in fishergate, 8min walk to Portslade ,and 2min walk to fishergate trainstation or local bus stops to worthing or brighton.
Room has its own built in wardrobe space and small cuboard space, which could also hold a small fridge if needed.
Its a one bed flat but i mostly use the sitting room to live in and work.
Shared kitchen and bathroom.
Minimum 3month short stay or up to 6month maxium stay with possibilty of longer, dependent of the occupent.
£650.00per month bills included in rent plus council tax which is band A.
£400 deposit reqired also.
Avalible 1st August 2024 or few days before if needed.
