Double Room Available June 2025: Short Term Let

Sunny double room available from June 2025 to let in lovely house with garden in Portslade.
Short term let only (ideally 3 months, possibly up to 5).

The house is a 3 bedroom home, spacious, peaceful and clean. There is a large eat-in kitchen, cosy living room with wood burner, guest bedroom (other than the room for rent) and a garden (in progress!). An easy 5 minute walk to the 1 / 1X bus stop (20 minutes into central Brighton), 8-10 minutes walk to Portslade train station, and a 20-25 minute cycle into town.

You'd be sharing with one other working female professional (live-in landlady). I work part-time, and am otherwise busy with friends, outdoor activities or making things in my studio. This is not a late-night party house, although I do enjoy meals at home with friends, and have guests staying for the weekend occasionally. I'm friendly and respectful, enjoy a cuppa / chat / meal with housemates, but appreciate time to myself too.

Would suit a quiet, respectful professional or mature student, ideally someone who does not work from home every day.

The room on offer is a double room, fully furnished, all bills included. The house has 2 bathrooms. The living room, kitchen and garden are all shared.
