The room is only for 1 person. The rental is for the room only with the use of the bathroom, kitchen & dining area for meals. There is a fridge, microwave & kettle in the room.
A desk with a chair is also in the room but not in photo at the moment.
If you are a smoker smoking is only permitted outside the house either in the garden or at the front.
All bills including WIFI (currently virgin media) included.
Bus stop is 1 min walk no. 1 & X1
Coop is a few mins away for those essentials.

Mile Oak farm is 10 mins walk
WFH welcome as long as meetings are on headphones. Will be an extra £100 on rent if going to be WFH
