Cosy double room Portslade - sociable Housmates

My friend Isaac and I are looking for a third housemate to join us and Duncan, the small Jack Russell in our lovely cosy 3 bedroom house in portslade. We’re both sociable people who love cooking, socialising with friends and being outdoors . The house is lovely, clean and homely with lots of space and a garden which is brilliant in summer. The house is around half an hour from central brighton on the bus, and about a 15 min walk to portslade station. We are looking for a sociable, friendly house mate to join our home. The room is £659 a month plus bills. Available 18th Feb . We’ll consider pets :)
