Hi there!,
This is a bright and airy self contained space within a large house owned and lived in by me and my partner. In the Portslade Old Village area of West Hove, Brighton. We are looking for a working professional who is quiet and considerate to share our house with.

The available self contained space consists of one double bedroom, one kitchen and lounge space and one bathroom. Furnished or unfurnished (see pics).

Single occupancy only,
No smokers,
No pets,
No children

2 months rent upfront, to cover first and last month rent (one month notice required). Rolling monthly loggings contract.
All bills included.

Free on-street parking. Near by bus stops into town. Train stations a 20 minute walk.
