We are a family in Portslade with a small but cosy single room to rent, we are looking for someone quiet, considerate, calm, trustworthy and reliable. We are near Portslade Station and the number 1/1a bus route. The rent is £140 per week, this includes bills, council tax, Internet usage, shared living room, kitchen, garden both bathrooms and off street parking. The room contains a single bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
