Location- 1 min walk to bus stop. Hove and Brighton are approx. 30-40 mins on the bus. Portslade train station is 10 mins on the bus. Local shops within 5-10 mins walking distance.
The property - it is shared with myself and my 3 cats so I'm looking for someone who is animal-friendly please 😊 The rent includes use of the kitchen and the bathroom (including electric shower) plus additional separate toilet downstairs.

Included in the rent - all standard bills and wifi. Kitchen is fully stocked in terms of cooking utensils and pots and pans, plates, cutlery etc. And has all standard appliances available.

Would suit another working professional like myself, or a full time student. Shorter tenancy option is available e. g. 3 months if preferred.
