We are a family in Portslade with a small but cosy single room, we are looking for someone quiet, considerate, calm, trustworthy and reliable. The rent is £140 per week this includes all bills and Internet usage, the room contains a single bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair. We are on the number 1/1a bus route and near Portslade Station. The rent includes use of both bathrooms, kitchen, garden, off street parking, garden and living room.
