There’s on-street parking, a local gym, and a lovely coffee shop nearby. Parks and the South Downs are just a few minutes’ walk away, and central Brighton is about a 15-minute drive on a good day.

The bedroom is available furnished or unfurnished. Wardrobes are built-in. The bedroom overlooks the garden - so wonderful sounds of nature in the morning. Generally very quiet and peaceful.
