2 double rooms available until the summer in North Portslade, unfurnished or part-furnished.
Both bedrooms get a lot of light from skylights.
These can be rented separately, or else it would be £1,400 pcm for the entire place, incl. water and energy bills.

The flat is located in a quiet area in North Portslade, with its own dedicated parking spot and small garden.
Bus 1X is on its doorstep and takes you to Portslade station within 10 minutes, or into Brighton city within half an hour.

The flat is on the ground floor in a fairly new (5 years old) one-storey building, which makes it nice and quiet.
The walls have been freshly painted.
The windows have double glazing.
The bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower.

Ideally I'm looking for fellow vegetarians.
Pets would be welcome.
