We have a spacious double room available to rent from mid January. The flat is based in between Fishersgate station & Southwick station, both in walking distance. Keeley (26) and Tasha (27) are both professionals, we have been in this property for about 2 years and looking for a third girly to join us!

Tasha works from home full time and also has a dog business so we have dogs in the flat frequently. Keeley works for a mental health charity 9-5 Mon-Fri and some weekends. We both are clean and tidy and it is really important to us to find someone who is also wanting a clean space to live in!

We would love to have someone move in who would also be sociable, nothing too crazy, but it is always nicer having a friendly living space and everyone is able to enjoy the communal areas.
