Female Professional Wanted – Double with Garden.

Spacious Double Room with Garden in Portslade. (Available June/July). 5 minute walk from Portslade train station.

I’m looking for a female professional lodger to share my home, which is currently being renovated and should be ready for move-in around June or July (timing isn’t 100% confirmed yet, I should have a clearer date by mid-May once renovations/redecorating are further along).

The room is a large, bright double and can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. You’ll have access to a shared bathroom (with me). The house also features a lovely west-facing garden that gets the sun all afternoon and evening, a real sun trap in the warmer months.

Location & Transport:

Free on-street parking available
Bus stop at the bottom of the road, 1x, which is a fast bus into Brighton town centre
Just a 5-minute walk to Portslade station
Around a 7-minute cycle or 20-minute walk to the seafront

A bit about me:
I’m a 35-year-old professional working as a dental hygienist. I’m really into fitness, when I’m not working, I’m usually out running, at the gym strength training, or doing a hyrox class, or catching up with friends.
I appreciate a good cocktail or the occasional glass of wine.
I love to laugh and have fun, and I’m looking for someone friendly and easygoing to share the space with.
I also enjoy a good romantasy book when I can find the time to read.
