I'm Natasha and am looking to rent out one of the rooms in my house.

About the room -

- Available Late September (£625 plus council tax)
- Sofa, coffee table, double bed (brand new mattress), bedside table, desk and nespresso coffee machine included
- Large built in wardrobe
- Space for tv/tv table but this is not included

Shared Amenities (please note that living room will NOT be shared) -

- Kitchen/Diner, Garden, Toilet and Bathroom
- Small Garage Gym
- Storage in Attic

About the property -

- 10 minute walk onto the south downs
- Morrisons daily (3 mins away) and Co-op (10 mins away)
- 1/1x Bus stop (3 mins away), approx. 35-45 mins on 1x into Brighton depending on the time of day
- Free on street parking
- Local pub (10 mins away)

About me -

- I work at the hospital on shifts so my hours are pretty varied with a variety of nights, days and on-calls which means I can be called to the hospital in the early hours of the morning (I will of course be as quiet as I can).

- My boyfriend comes to stay every few weekends and very occasionally I will have family/friends over to stay.

- I'm pretty easy going but do like to keep things nice and clean (I was a lodger for several years so I'm used to living with others)

- Hobbies include cooking (I'm big on meal prep), playing guitar, walking, keeping fit and having a drink in the local to unwind!
