Hi, the room is a large furnished double with plenty of storage space, in a quiet area (North Portslade). The number 1 Bus stop is 30 seconds' walk away, it goes to Portslade train station in 10-15mins, Hove 30 mins, Brighton 35-40mins
Sharing with myself (the landlady), two other lodgers, and my three cats. We're looking for someone pet-friendly 😊 W
Rent includes all bills and Wifi, and includes shared household items e. g. hand soap, washing up liquid, bin bags cleaning products etc. The kitchen includes all usual appliances, and plates/cutlery/pans etc.
The shared facilities are: bathroom with electric shower, separate additional downstairs toilet/utility room with washing machine, and kitchen.
