Comfortable room in quiet house

Large double room in lovely quiet house.

Peaceful, comfortable house with a beautiful garden. Easy to park nearby, no permits. The bus service is great, the 1 and 1a are just at the end of the road, so seconds away and the train station the other end of the road, less than 10 mins walk, so we are really well connected. Supermarkets and Portslade high street provide all that you need locally.
I freelance as a yoga and mindfulness teacher, also a nurse. I am often out or staying with my boyfriend so you would get the house to yourself a lot. When I am home, I'm friendly and easy going.

Short let may be available by discussion, and Monday to Friday also considered. I may also consider a couple, or children, get in touch and we can discuss price and options. I am open to suggestion at the moment due to lots of changes in my life.
