Bright Single room. Friendly House

I have a lovely, bright room in a friendly house on the Hove & Portslade border.

So friendly you get access to the household Amazon prime movies! And no rent for 2 weeks every year (so rent effectively an average of £115 a week)👍

There is parking behind my house and we are right on the number 1 bus route and 5 mins walk from the train station. Therefore Central Brighton is only 15 mins away. We are also served by the night bus route. London only an hour too. If you drive then the main A27 is 5 mins away too.

My house is a place to relax and call home. It's not meant to be a show home after all! The room is fully furnished (but happy to unfurnish if you prefer) and the rent includes wifi (max speed virgin fibre 😊), bathroom consumables, washing machine etc. The bed is very comfy, so I'm told.

Kitchen/diner and the bathroom has an amazing main pressure shower & bath! I have even fitted blackout blinds recently for extra warmth and darkness in your bedroom.

The bathroom is about to be replaced; shiny & new :)

I treat people how I wish I had been treated when I rented, so why not see if my house suits you?
