There is a good bus links every 10 minutes (No 1, 1a, route), within 5 minutes walk, which takes you to Porstlade, Hove and Brighton. There is a station at Portslade with trains to Brighton and London. There is free street parking and easy access to the A27/A23. The downs are 10 minutes away by foot, with lovely walks and views of the surrounding area. The beach is 10 minutes by car.
