Off road parking most days on private drive otherwise free road parking available.

All bills included except phone.
Washing machine available to use.

We are a 5 min walk from local shops and bus route for nos. 1 & 1A.
Portslade Leisure Centre is a 3 min walk away.

Current occupants are myself and occasionally my son (16. We are a friendly, happy, easygoing household.

I am in the process of selling the house so can only offer the room for short term rental.
