Double room & ensuite to ren

We have a lovely double room and en-suite to rent in Portslade. We are two easy going sociable thirtysomething with two kids. The rooms are separate from the rest of the house. We Would prefer a female lodger. Flexible about length of stay (you may only want it for weekdays for example). £120 per week including all bills if full time. We have wifi/tv. We have parking and the use of a brand new kitchen/dining room that leads out onto South facing garden. We live 5 minutes from the train station and close to A27/bus stops.
