I am a live in landlord. I have one dog (a friendly Jack Russell) I am sociable and enjoy a chat, at the same time respect privacy.

The room is let on a 6 Monthly basis and maybe extended for another 6 Months depending on circumstances at the time.
Not suitable for working at home.
