There is a very large double room with ensuite available for £730pcm inc all bills (inc council tax and a cleaner once a week which is not part of the rent but paid by me). A clean, tidy and respectful flat mate is required. It is also smoke free. The flat is in Portslade (just off New Church Road/Hove border in a quiet residential street and is just around the corner from all the shops and buses which take you into Hove/Brighton and beyond every 10 minutes. The station is a 7 minute walk. There is street parking outside the flat.
