A furnished box bedroom and private lounge (two rooms, the lounge is for your use only) to let in a private house to a working person (important.) All bills, bed lining, cleaning materials crockery and fast fiber optic broadband wi-fi, and council tax provided.
As for the rooms. They're not over large. Which is why I'm letting to a single person, rather than a couple. The bedroom is a box bedroom and the lounge is an ordinary sized room for an ordinary sized house. You can see the size of the house from the photo in the advert.
The house is situated in quite, residential North Portslade with easy road access to the bypass, Old Shoreham Road and the A259 seafront road. Fairly good parking (I've been here for eleven years. Only seven times have I had to park more than a block away.) Three minute walk from the No. 1 bus route. Buses up to every ten minutes.
There's no rear garden access but there is a front garden with a bench if you smoke. No smoking in the house. no music without headphones. You're expected to do your own laundry and clean your own rooms. All our bedrooms have a private wash basin (so fewer queues for the bathroom.) The kitchen and bathroom are shared with myself and two other tenants. I employ a cleaner once a week. So the kitchen, bathroom and common areas are always clean.
I'm afraid that until such time as I receive the security deposit, all email enquiries are just that, enquiries. I'm afraid I can't be turning other potential tenants away on the strength of conversations and promises, sorry.
My expectations in a potential tenant are pretty easy. Treat others as you'd like to be treated, and I'm sure we'll get on fine.
