Sunny small double room Portslade

I have a small double room avaliable in my house in Portslade which can be let out furnished or unfurnished. The road is very quiet and parking is never a problem. I am 2min walk from Fishersgate Station, 10min walk from Portslade station and on bus routes 1, 1A, 2, 6 and 46. By train cental Brighton is 10minutes and by bus 20-25minutes.
I am 36years old and live with my 2year old daughter and 2cats.
I am looking for someone fun to share my house with. Ideally someone with similar interests to me. I love music, going to see bands, cooking, spending time in the great outdoors, arts and crafts, jewellery making and generally being creative!
Ideally whoever moves in with us will be fully house trained as i dont like mess!!!
