I have previously house shared lots, I am easy to live with, active, tidy and love to be out and about. I work away a few nights a week. the house is large with ample space. I have two rooms to rent from three options:
1. double with garden downs views £600
2. Large single with garden view £550.
The house is very well decorated with a large rear garden and free parking. Poynings is great for those who love the outdoors but like to be within close reach of Brighton, London, Gatwick and the A23. There is also a local bus service which gets you to Brighton in 15 minutes.
I am looking to share my home with someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. I would be open to a conversation on the price to someone looking for a Monday - Friday let.
