Large double room

I am offering a large double room in my home. It would be sharing with me and my two cats. The bathroom would be shared there is also a downstairs toilet, All facilities are available including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a small garden. Parking is a bit of an issue but it may be possible to negotiate a parking space (there would be an additional charge for this.) I am looking for an independent professional person or a mature student and someone who likes to engage, however I do like both space and privacy. I am easy going and am looking for someone similar. The property is opposite to Preston Park, a five minute walk to Preston Park station an on the no 5 bus route which takes you into Town and to other bus connections.
