Large double room

I am looking for a female lodger, and am offering a large double room in my home. It would be sharing with me and two cats. The bathroom would be shared, there is also a downstairs half bathroom, All facilities are available including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a small garden. It may be possible to negotiate a parking space (there would be an additional charge for this.) I am looking for an independent professional person or a mature student and someone who likes to engage, however I do like both space and privacy. I am easy going and am looking for someone similar. The property is opposite to Preston Park, a five minute walk to Preston Park station and is on the no 5 bus route which takes you into Town and to other bus connections. I will consider someone who works from home. Broadband, water, heating etc are included
