Hi there! My name is Nikolas, and I'm looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to rent out the spare double bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat.
The room is available from 5th March 2024 - 21st April 2024.
My flat is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Preston Park Station and is in a block just off London Road. There are frequent buses into town, and it's a 10-minute cycle ride (no hills!) to get there. If you're into tennis, we have courts on the grounds, and there's a car park available as well. The local Sainsbury's is just a 5-minute walk away, while ASDA is a 5-minute drive.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a desk and light, shelves, and a bedside table with a lamp. There's also an inbuilt cupboard for storing your clothes and shoes.
Some other notable parts of the flat include a fully equipped kitchen (complete with a food processor, air fryer, and pressure cooker), a 55-inch 4K TV with Rokit 8 speakers, and wifi, water, and tax included in the rent. Electricity is not included, and we typically pay around £35 each in the summer and £45 each in the winter.
The flat is meat-free, so i’m looking for someone who is also veggie/vegan.
I’m looking for someone who is trustworthy, employed, and shares my preference for cleanliness.
We'll both sign a lodger agreement upon move-in, and I'll require a £250 deposit to cover the items in your room.
Although the flat is fully equipped, I'd like you to have a set-up in your room so we can each have some peace in the lounge from time to time.
A little bit about me: I work 9-5 but like to keep active and social. I'm into cycling, cars, and cooking, and occasionally have a friend or two over.
