Can also have desk/chair if wanted. Shared living room with sky tv and netflix. Kitchen with all usual appliances. Shared bathroom with shower. All bills included. Just one other occupant who is the owner. Permit parking zone J- permit can be applied for. Walking distance to Brighton station, excellent bus links.
LGBTQ household, would ideally like someone else LGBTQ to share with but this is not a deal breaker just needs to be an inclusive, accepting person. I am seeking a housemate who is a non-smoker, clean and tidy and chilled out. Happy to consider someone who has a cat/cats as long as prepared to pay a small deposit for cleaning when you move out.
