Double bedroom in 2 bed flat available from August

✨The flat✨
The bedroom is a decent sized double, with space for a bed / chest of drawers / desk / wardrobe, and it gets sunlight all day.

The living room is a great size with huge windows. It has a dining table and space for another sofa / armchair - the futon with the blanket on in is going, as well as the bigger bookcase and the tv stand.

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer and washing machine, plus I have a microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and slow cooker. There’s loads of cupboard space too for any kitchen bits you want to bring along.

The flat is in a purpose-built block with parking at the back - I don’t drive so you’re welcome to use the allocated parking space. There’s also a visitor parking space, which is handy!

We’re based less than 5 minutes away from London Road station, so it’s really easy if you commute, as it goes into Brighton or towards Lewes / etc. It’s also just down the road from Preston Park so you’ll be able to hear Pride from your bedroom!

✨Some things to note -
✨Rent is £755/month and bills are usually around £150 each.
✨We’re on the first floor, there are staircases but no lift.
✨I’m up for discussion about swapping around the layout of the flat, so we can talk about that at the viewing!

I’ve lived in this flat with my current housemate for 2 years. He’s now moving out so I’m looking for a likeminded person who’s clean and respectful, and maybe even a potential pub quiz team member?
