Lovely double room in Preston Park!

Hiya! This double room recently become available for a professional adult.

The area is gorgeous, Preston park is right outside, supermarkets are less than 10mins away, town is 15mims by bus or 20mins walking (I prefer to walk through the laines 🧡), stations close by too, lots of cafès near by, and honestly, this place was a steal 🤭

The flat - it's a 2 bed with a living room, kitchen, and a shower/toilet.

The bedroom comes furnished, bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and a clothes rail. It's bigger than the photos BTW, you know how cameras can make spaces seem small!

You're welcome to keep them or throw them away and bring your own.

The great thing about this place is that the bedrooms are not connected, so you get a lot of privacy.

What I'm looking for!
Someone respectful, thoughtful, clean, and cheerful.

I'm not a strict person, happy for you to have people over whenever you want, there's even a sofa bed available. Just be mindful and respectful, this room is for a single occupancy and having someone over all the time is not OK.
