Furnished en-suite double room with pool access

Furnished double room in a 2-bed flat with an en-suite bathroom available in Withdean, all bills included, secure parking space included. Available from the start of August. I’m looking to make the room available for 6 months initially, and revisit towards the end with potential for extension, but I can be flexible with this if needed.

The flat is located in a peaceful, green neighbourhood on the popular Varndean Park Estate, with good transport links.

The room has a large window with a beautiful view.

The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, basin, and bathtub with shower head.

Shared areas include a kitchen with a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a living room opening onto a balcony that overlooks a heated outdoor swimming pool. The pool is available for use by all residents of the estate and their guests between April and the end of September, free of charge.

The parking space is in a secure car park under the building with an electronic gate, and you would have exclusive use of the space. There are also rings mounted to the wall suitable for securing a bike to. The car park is easily accessible via a lift just outside the flat door.

The flat is a short walk away from Preston Park Station and the 5/5a/5b bus routes. The Hollingbury ASDA is a short bus ride away, and there is a small Sainsbury’s near Preston Park that is within walking distance. Withdean Sports Complex is also nearby.

I’m looking for a quiet, tidy person who works outside the home all/most of the time. I’m a friendly and easy person to get along with, and I generally keep to myself in my free time. I’m a vegetarian and my hobbies include art and video games. I speak English and Japanese.

No couples or smoking, and the building does not allow pets.
