There is a large living room and kitchen, the property being shared with 2 flatmates, Ben and Ollie. Ben is an existing tenant and Ollie is moving in from 12th October.
We are both really easy going and friendly, and the flat will be a chilled out place to live. Preston Park is right on the doorstep as are a few decent pubs - bonus points if you're good in a pub quiz! The 5B bus easily gets you into town if needed.
Workwise - Ben is away for at least a week every month, and when home is 60/40 WFH/in London. Ollie is out every day when working.
