They both have huge windows with bespoke Venetian blinds and are directly opposite Surrenden and Withdean Parks. This has direct links to Gatwick (30 mins), London Victoria (1 hour) etc. It is also a 1 minute walk from Tongdean Lane bus stop (supplies routes 5, 5A, 270 and 271), and is 20 minutes bus ride to Old Steine (central Brighton, next to the seafront). Students at both Brighton and Sussex Universities are also within easily commutable distance via bus or train (I commute to both, including the RSCH due to my degree). There is also a bike store, secured with a security pin. Walking/cycling distance to shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, clubs, The Lanes and the seafront. I am a happy and friendly second-year medical student at BSMS. I recently bought this flat in an excellent area of Brighton. I have experience of living in student accommodation and with others at boarding school. I spend a lot of time studying, so I will be out quite a lot, especially during exam seasons. I have a boyfriend so you would need to be okay with him coming over at the weekends, as well as a few friends occasionally. I am easy to talk to and friendly. I don't mind if you would like to be friends or keep to yourself.

I am looking for someone easy to live with, quiet, tidy and clean. I am very easy-going and respectful so just expect the same back. No smoking in the house and house parties are not welcome. Female only flat and no pets, please. More than happy for you to have visitors that stay the night, just of course not more than is reasonable.
