I have experience of living in student accommodation and with others at boarding school. I spend a lot of time studying, so I will be out quite a lot, especially during exam seasons. I have a boyfriend so you would need to be okay with him coming over at the weekends, as well as a few friends occasionally. I am easy to talk to and friendly. I don't mind if you would like to be friends or keep to yourself.
I am looking for someone easy to live with, quiet, tidy and clean. I am very easy-going and respectful so just expect the same back. No smoking in the house and house parties are not welcome. Female only flat and no pets, please. More than happy for you to have visitors that stay the night, just of course not more than is reasonable.
