Is already let. Own entrance 10 minute walk to Preston park train station. Share annexe with one other female. shower room and kitchenette and washing machine. Wifi and all bills included. We’re happy to have short term let’s over the summer period. The room would suit another female, quiet and looking for a base in a lovely residential area. Lots of bus options into town (15 minutes away) and Preston park train station not far. Lots of parks and amenities near by. Feels like living in the countryside. No couples or families.
