Hi!
Our lovely flatmate Marine is moving in to her own apartment with her partner so we are now looking for someone to join our little crew from the 27th April (we can offer some flexibility on the exact date). You will be taking over her contract which runs until 20/8/2025. After that, it is very likely that we will continue the contract on a rolling basis for another year (as we did many times before)

THE HOUSE…
…is spacious and consists of four bedrooms on three different floors, communal lounge and a nice private garden with cats passing by. There is only one bathroom in the house but so far, we have always managed without a problem. The house went through renovation in late 2019 with more fixes added when required so everything is well taken care of.

THE ROOM…
Situated on the ground floor, it’s a nice, quiet and cozy room.
The window is facing a quiet street.
The room comes unfurnished except the tall wardrobe (painted beige). Marine might also be selling the desk and chair if it helps.
The rent is currently £470.
Bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi) split between 4 flatmates will come to around £165.02 per month per person.
Summed together, that’s around £635.02 per month.
Deposit is £ 515

ABOUT US
Currently two girls and two guys in their late 20's - 30's, all working professionals.
We are all rather busy with our lives and involved in our own little projects and hobbies. We do meet up sometimes to share a drink or attend some interesting events. Our interests include beach volleyball, gigs, dancing, art, travelling etc.
Ideally, we're looking for someone relaxed, kind and friendly. A person used to house sharing, clean and responsible.

Unfortunately, no pets, smokers or DSS (sorry about that – agency rules)
Otherwise, it’s just basic stuff. We expect you to clean after yourself, do your dishes and contribute to some cleaning chores around the house.
