Double Bedroom To Rent In Ground Floor Flat

I am looking for someone to take on my room in my 3 bed ground floor flat. This flat was originally a 2 bed flat but when my friend moved in a few years ago they put in a stand in wall to divide the living room into two creating another bedroom. This is the bedroom I currently rent and looking for someone to take over. It’s a lovely spacious, bright ground floor flat with a grassy area out front. I would be looking to sell my bed, wardrobe, 2 bed side tables and chest of drawers to the person moving in if they need furniture.

My two flat mates are super lovely and friendly, one of them being my long term friend from uni. Both LGBT, looking for someone chill, friendly, outgoing and brings good vibes to a place. We are all pretty busy most of the time doing our own thing, working, seeing partners etc but when we’re all in the house together in the evening we enjoy eating together and watching something on the tv.

The flat also has a lovely dining room, separate toilet to shower/ bathroom, bath included! It’s a gorgeous flat in a very quiet, safe area. Preston park train station being a 5 min walk from the flat and bus stop 1 minute walk away.

One of my housemates also has a cat! Also, when I moved in I had to pay £673 deposit, not £583.
