There is a parade of shops just less than 5 minute walk away, a Sainsburys local nearby and the Withdean Sports Complex is just a 2 minute walk. The no 5/5A bus stop is just at the end of the road which will get you into town in 10 minutes. London Road shops are also nearby. The location is fantastic for lovely walks and picnics in the summer in the various parks around.
