1 Double Bedroom For Let Near Preston Park Station

Hi, I have a double bedroom room to let, which can be either furnished or unfurnished, just let me know, the room has brand new carpet and has been painted, no one has been in there since that has been done, hence why it is pretty bare in there at the mo. I'm not even 10 mins to Preston Park station or straight on the A23 either towards Brighton Town with numerous bus services or towards Crawley/London etc. The flat is a good size, there is a washing machine, iron/ironing board, fully functioning kitchen.

The amount per month includes rent, all bills including Council Tax, cleaning products, toilet roll etc but your toothpaste, shampoo etc is down to you :)

I'm an easy going, reliable and a trustworthy person and would hope for the same back. I like to travel, socialise and have abit of fun but also a professional when it comes to my work!
