It is a few minutes from the open green spaces of Preston Park and is on a good, regular bus route. Preston Park station is an 8 minute walk away so good for commuter links to London, Falmer, Lewes etc. Sainburys Local, Costa Coffee and other useful shops are at the bottom of our street.
It is a peaceful and calm abode and would suit somebody who would like a quiet space to come back to.
