Large double room

I am looking for a female lodger for a lovely, bright and spacious room. It comes with simple yet practical furniture and shared use of kitchen and bathroom. It is a few minutes from the open green spaces of Preston Park and is on a good, regular bus route. Preston Park station is an 8 minute walk away so good for commuters. Sainburys Local, Costa Coffee and other useful shops are at the bottom of our street.
I live here by myself and work full time locally in education. Occasionally my daughter visits from University. It is a peaceful and calm abode and would suit a female professional seeking a quiet space to come back to. However, I would emphasize it is not suitable for somebody working from home.
All bills ( incl council tax/wifi) are included.
