Monday to Friday Furnished Double Room | BN1 6UB

Hi and thanks for reading! I'm looking for someone to come and stay here Monday to Friday only as I would need the space on the weekend. Someone clean, tidy, quiet and respectful, who works full time (WFH considered but would therefore ask for a small contribution towards the electricity bill), who likes to be somewhat social during the week but also enjoys doing their own thing like we do and who even has similar interests would be a bonus :) It's not a party house, there are neighbours below and next door also. No contract is needed, it's a flexible situation for someone to stay minimum 3 months, hopefully longer, so would suit someone who is OK with that :)

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, lamp, bedside table and built in wardrobe. I still have some things in the room packed away and I wouldn't need access to them during the week.

A bit about the apartment itself, it's situated on the 2nd floor, in a quiet Close 5 mins from Preston Park Station. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (with good shower!) + all amenities work fine. Bus route is 30 seconds away, night buses run to here as well. It's got 2 bedrooms with a large shared lounge to eat, chill, watch TV (all the channels/series etc) that will double up at night as my bedroom - there's a High Sleeper Bed with desk underneath 👍
I work 5 days a week in Brighton so am up early and out the apartment 11 hours every day so evenings and weekends is when I get the time to chill out and recuperate 🫠
